Make template H1 optional

The template currently has an optional title field. If the title is omitted the template still builds without errors and contains an empty H1 tag.

In the cases where the H1 is integrated into the content of a page, the request is that the template H1 be optional and if left blank the build would not render this H1 but rely on the H1 integrated into the content. For pages where the H1 is standalone content then the title would serve as a the source of the content and the template generated H1 would be rendered.
