Was talking to @tobie on twitter and it seems that he sometimes hits problems with ReSpec specs being generated by PR preview... my suspicion is that it's because the generated specs are expecting a newer version than the one that is deployed on the W3C servers.
Is there some means we can the spec-generator on the w3c servers updated on a faster cadence?
