Design About Page

This issue is part of the Restructure repository Project.

Redesign the about page, making it a section overview page rather than a content page. Similar to how the practices page lists all the pages in the practices branch of the APG information architecture, the new about page will list pages that belong to the "About" branch of the APG. These will include:

• Introduction
• Acknowledgements
• Coverage reports
• Quality reports
• Code guide
• Regression test development

This page will have a simple list view design rather than a card view design since we will not likely want to develop imagery for every "about" page or subsection.
