What's the purpose of this pull request?
This PR adds the thumbor plugin to the monorepo.
How it works?
Thumbor plugin is basically an integration (urlBuilder) with
gatsby-plugin-imagethat does all the heavy lifting for reponsive images. More info on how it works on the plugin's README.How to test it?
It's still in wip, but boti already has a version running it
