[Bug] Search function doesn't work with banned users

Describe the bug
I'm managing a group with 2k users. I looked up a user in the group moderation tab to unban him, but I couldn't find the user. Then I realized that the search for banned users doesn't work at all

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to group moderation
2. Click on banned users
3. Refresh list
4. Search for a username

Expected behavior
Getting a list with matching names
