Plugins: Flatten
The Flatten tool generates a pocketing region using a different approach:
Most of the parameters are quite self explanatory.
Mainly there are two approaches to flatten a surface:
- Raster : create a Zig-Zag path from a corner to the opposite
- Offset : create a series of bigger rectangles starting from the center
Target depth is reached with maximum step as defined in the Stock material 
from material database

The path tries to maintain the desired Stepover % as defined in the EndMill
