Some kind of RuntimepyStruct per server, where Connection metrics can "pool" together? That might make the most sense.

Need some kind of MetricsPool interface (we should upgrade existing connections to use this + fix UI metrics).

Probably the way to do this would be to associate server instances with structs and add channels for server-side stats (number of connections, maybe aggregate tx/rx metrics across connections?)

at some point though this might just get replaced by deeper kernel stat monitoring (i.e. for network interfaces and such)
