Reduce number of "Error" and "Warning" messages, or else stop taking window focus when these appear?

Dear excellent Visit team - as it says in the title, would it be possible to have an option to suppress Error and Warning messages, or else prevent the window focus from shifting to that window when messages appear?

Perhaps the Error and Warning window could be posted inside the main window?

It's fairly disruptive to workflow as it is. Thanks so much!

There is an option to disable warning message popups.
Open Options->Preferences
Uncheck the box Enable warning message popups (highlighted in the snapshot below).
