History

I've always loved lighting and been a nerd for LEDs since before they were used for lighting applications. When I got into working with concrete and 3D printing I knew I had to combine these with the gooseneck part I found when building my Helping Hands (VDBX//HANDY). The combination of 3D Printed plastic with metal and concrete produces a pleasing final product that looks great on any desk.

LED Research

The following LEDs are currently in our parts library from researching variants suitible for the VDBX//GLOW Jr. Some links are affiliate links and VDBX will get a referral fee if you choose to purchase from these links.

Design Reference

Physical design is currently in Fusion360 with another matching lamp. This file is a fucking mess but I'll share it with you if you want. I will officially release it when this product launches and is for sale.

Circuit design is currently in EasyEDA and available at: VDBX Task Lamp - EasyEDA
