Create Graph component

Use a specific graph component (existing library) convert to a storybook component.
Idea is that we use an existing component library, but embed it in our own component so we can swap it out at a later stage with another component for example

• Research graph libraries, and pick the best one
• Donut graph
• Line chart
• Bar chat
