A Grid wrapper class/function would automate selection of GridXD objects. Example,
>>> mesh = Grid(nx=3)
would return a Grid1D object.
>>> mesh = Grid(nx=4, nz=5, Lx=3.0, Ly=4.0, dy=0.1)
would return a Grid3D object with mesh.dx=3.0/4 and mesh.dz=1.0
