Mayavi broken on windows becase it has no SIGHUP. #232

AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'SIGHUP'

The fix is to place a try and except block around the SIGHUP in version-2_1/fipy/viewers/mayaviViewer/mayaviDaemon.py@4454#L312
