Calendar of Events page - calendars are empty

The calendar of events https://github.com/usnistgov/OSCAL-Pages/blob/develop/src/content/events/_index.md needs update and the calendar migrated from OSCAL Events to OSCAL Program since the OSCAL Events' calendar invitations are empty (have only title without content). A ticket in ServiceNow was created: RITM0706101 OSCAL Events calendar

We have looked into the issue regarding the calendar not displaying updated events. After investigation, we found that the root cause is a limitation in Outlook's calendar publishing abilities. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to resolve the issue of the public Outlook calendar not showing meeting details.

As a work around, we are now redirecting users to the Mini Workshops page for the most up-to-date information on workshop details and dates.
