Add formater file with prettier

I usually work with a file that automatically configures how to format files:
In #64 , I wrote the code without a proper configuration, so I want to create a file that will automatically format the code without thinking about it.
I'll use prettier: https://prettier.io/
I'll also add a quick tutorial in this project's Readme on how to use it properly.
