Why do three files post bismark - (maybe pre bismark) have numeric prefix with -- separation?

eg

ls /gscratch/srlab/sam/gitrepos/urol-e5/timeseries_molecular/D-Apul/output/02.20-D-Apul-WGBS-alignment-SLURM_array-bismark
