Description

The ocnice_prep utility which downscales the 1/4deg CICE6 restart file for use as a 1 or 1/2 deg warmstart file has been updated to account for several physical inconsistencies in the source 1/4 deg files. This changes the warmstart files used in the cpld_control_sfs test.

Solution

The downscaled CICE warmstart files need to be updated for the cpld_control_sfs tests.
