Update documentation for verification

Description

Due to various PRs that changed the way verification (vx) is carried out in the SRW App (starting with PR #566, latest being PR #618, and more to be opened), the App's documentation for verification needs to be updated.

Solution

Update the sections in the documentation that deal with verification.

Documentation reviewed by others and deemed acceptable.

Dependencies (optional)

The documentation changes need to reflect changes made by the following PRs (as of 20230227): #566, #598, #605, #609, #618. More PRs may be added to this list.
