DT_atmos parameter

I would like to understand further how DT_atmos parameter in creating a grid works.

Hello,

I was able to find this information "In general, DT_ATMOS depends on the horizontal resolution of the grid. The finer the grid, the smaller it needs to be to avoid numerical instabilities." I have reached out to our SMEs, and if I find out any more information regarding this paramater I will let you know.

@mkbenneh DT_ATMOS is the timestep for calculating atmospheric dynamics in seconds. It does not have direct influence on creating the grid, but in general for higher resolution grids, you should use a smaller DT_ATMOS to avoid CFL conditions.
