Error Upon Field Save

I was adding an address field to a fresh D8 site, on the user. I get the generic D8 site error message upon clicking 'save' for the field settings.

Path is "admin/config/people/accounts/fields/user.user.field_location?bundle=user&destinations%5B0%5D=admin/config/people/accounts/fields"

The field is added to the user entity, but clicking 'edit' also results in error.

I got an error when I try to save "Manage display" with an Addressfield on a user.
