Documentation Fast-Loading

Right now, switching pages on the documentation can feel like it takes a bit too long. In order to get around load time issues, we should pre-fetch the pages most likely to be visited by a user based on those links from the current page - probably traveling through DOM order in caching.

Unfortunately, EJS is blocking, so we can't do prefetches while the user is viewing the page.
