Check for files at submit

Chisubmit allows a student to submit an assignment without having a corresponding directory, which can happen if they forget to push their work before submitting it. It would be useful if submit failed if there was no assignment directory, and in general, if it listed the contents of the submission directory (along with timestamps and sizes) when the submission was made.
