New versions will require documentation updates, but we currently manually push new doc versions

Describe the solution you'd like
Deploy documents through TravisCI conditional on deployment

Describe alternatives you've considered
Continue manual updates

Additional context
Even if there are no documentation changes, a new release will require a version bump in the docs, since docs display release version.
