Block Element feature no longer appearing/doesn't last more than half a day

Description

I use Firefox. Since the beginning of the 'war' of attrition with YouTube's anti-adblocking campaign, I followed directions given to go around their adblocking attempts, which included restarting uBlock. Since then, every time I tried to block elements on webpages I frequent, the elements would pop back up either whenever I had to refresh the page, or even less than an hour since the blocking occurred. Today I had to restart my computer, and since then the option to 'Block Element' won't even show up when I right click.
