c_parser with special characters

Hi, when i tried to use c_parser, it ignore special characters and add some strange characters to data
Examples:
PROMOÇÕES showing PROMO��ES
after some data, shows �\0\0\0\0�
instead float numbers, shows 0�

is it possible to read special characters?
