I'm using the latest version provided by EPEL packages and I'm having problems with emails that produce the following error:

warning: milter inet:127.0.0.1:8893: can't read SMFIC_BODYEOB reply packet header: Connection timed out

Using OpenDMARC:

# rpm -q opendmarc
opendmarc-1.4.1.1-3.el8.x86_64

# opendmarc -V
opendmarc: OpenDMARC Filter v1.4.1
	SMFI_VERSION 0x1000001
	libmilter version 1.0.1
	Active code options:
		WITH_SPF
		WITH_SPF2

Same problem with opendmarc version 1.4.2.
