In changed mode, fetch only columns which changed #9

Currently we fetch all columns (like full) from the database and then remove those columns which have not changed.

It is a bit tricky to fetch dynamically columns based on what changed. We could maybe set other values to NULL or something, instead of completely hiding columns.
