I got around 5 other projects to contribute to first. I am also studying for the university admission test so it won't be anytime soon.

Makes sense, i guess. This requires a little bit of changes in tox/_config.py, doc/config.txt, and the way virtualenvs are created (tox/_venv.py). Are you up for helping with the change, by chance?
