Not sure if this is the same issue, but I'm getting a "blank window" of a sort as well. Windows 11, 23H2. It's almost like it's stuck forever trying to load the file list. Trying to create a new file does nothing after entering a file name. I've attached a screenshot below:

I am able to consistently reproduce this issue on every launch. I can solve it temporarily by removing the Project and re-adding it, but on next launch the file list is blank again.
