Raspberry Pi does not receive adverts broadcast (at least from Windows). I haven't checked any other combinations (Pi -> Pi, Pi -> WIndows etc.)

If the broadcasting beacon is bound to a network-specific broadcast address (eg 192.168.1.255) it seems to work. If using the all-broadcast address (255.255.255.255) it doesn't.

Broadcasts in the other direction (RPi -> WIndows) work regardless.

Broadcasting now iterates over all known broadcast addresses. This could do with improvement, ie to broadcast an advert only over the network which contains its IP address.
