Add feature to randomly get a verse

This has kind of been mentioned here.

While creating my daily notes template, I wanted to be able to get a random verse. Instead of having to specify one. This way, everytime I would create a daily note, a new verse would appear.

Describe the solution you'd like
Something like --random_verse that would randomly get a verse.

Describe alternatives you've considered
So far, I'm using a verse that I like, but it stays the same across every daily note.

Well, after looking deeper in the code there seems to be the --vod that seems to have a similar behavior to what I was describing. It was just not documented. Maybe this should be documented for users to see?
