Welcome to the Similar Request Excluder (formerly GraphWave) wiki!
GraphWave is the name of the final product of my thesis. The name is a mix of the words ’Northwave’ and ’graph theory’. The first version of GraphWave was published to GitHub on the 14th of May, 2018. Since that day it can be used by security professionals around the globe.
GraphWave is a Burp Suite extension that detects similar code flows (CFG-paths) in requests and enables you to ignore them in active scans. This can improve the efficiency of active scans majorly while maintaining effectiveness.
GraphWave is open-sourced software licensed under the MIT license.
