revdepcheck seems to be no longer actively maintained, see the repo. There is however recheck from r-devel which works with Github Actions.

But generally I wouldn't add a revdepcheck GitHub Action, since I don't believe its going to be very beneficial and I haven't seen any r-lib or tidyverse packages use one.
