As mentioned in #986, something like https://hackage.haskell.org/package/doctest-extract could be used to ensure that the examples in the comments actually compile.

When that's in place, we could automatically extract the examples and comments for usage in tidal-doc. Perhaps as a solution to tidalcycles/tidal-doc#114.
