Display fruit icons and statistics on Dashboard (private)

In the Dashboard, allow each pickleader to see how many harvests they've Adopted and Succeeded (Probably don't show harvests that have been Cancelled. What about Date Scheduled or Ready?)

Also, of the Succeeded harvests, display one fruit icon per harvest (showing the general fruit type of that harvest). Possibly also total weight harvested, although this is generally not a very fair representation of work contributed (e.g. saskatoon berries weigh very little but take a lot of time to pick).

Of the Adopted harvests, rather than simply showing a total, it would probably be most useful to include a list with links to each adopted harvest, or possibly a graph/table with hyperlinks.

The Dashboard can also show the total harvests Succeeded by the collective as well as all fruit icons. Also, total # of Adopted, Date Scheduled and Ready harvests could be nice to display here. (Again, not as sure about displaying weight totals or Cancelled harvests.)
