Can anybody re-share content that is needed to run the whole stuff?

The original java code was extremely obsolete even years ago, i was never able to get it to work.
However, here is a csv extract of the most important fields from the file which you may find useful: https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/therohk/cyc-kb
It includes a schema file that shows the mapping from xml to csv fields.
