We would like to avoid running all the tekton catalog tasks but only the PR task.

We would need to setup a nightly job to check that all catalog tasks are still
running, since we may miss some failures that wasn't udpated for some time.

We would need some kind of reporting on Slack in #catalog channel

Related PR from catalog that only checks the changed tasks :
