Segment 跟 Box 一直都很曖昧，仔細想想這是從 v2 繼承下來的要素，

那時是因為 Semantic UI 有明顯區分 Segment 與 Card，但 Card 裡面的 .content 只能用於 Card

可是在 v4 Tocas UI 其實有獨立出 .ts-content，多了一個 Segment 要維護，反倒可能讓人分散注意力

也可使用 .ts-card.has-padded 取代 .ts-segment 與 .ts-card > .ts-content
