如果 .ts-button.is-start-labeled-icon 裡面的 .ts-icon 是 .is-large 大小，那就會因為寬度為 2.75em 的 em

而導致內距寬到不成比例，改用 em 是 4.1.0 時的決定，但看起來可能要改回去 rem。
