sms/bug: ack all returning unknown response

Describe the Bug:
A user has reported that when they replied 100aa to an alert bundle, they received an "unknown reply code" message in return.

There may be a time limit on the bundle action, or the alerts could have already been closed by someone else. More investigating will need to be done for steps to reproduce. Regardless, the message served should be cleaned up in this case.
