After making TARDIS docs content (other than sidebar) fixed width in #1674 - there's grey background in right and bottom, for e.g. https://tardis-sn.github.io/tardis/physics/est_and_conv/index.html

Besides, we can also try horizontally centring the content. All of this will require changes in docs/static/tardis.css
