information about how to create attribute and device aliases

Hi,
reading back an old question (https://www.tango-controls.org/community/forum/c/general/other/how-to-create-a-device-alias/?page=1#post-3407), I realize there is still no doc on how to create attribute and device aliases.

It could be placed into a source/tools-and-extensions/built-in/jive/index.rst new section alias like this:

How to create a device alias
----------------------------
A device alias can be created from jive by right-clicking on a device node and by selecting "Define device alias" right-click menu item.

Should we add a how to delete section ?
We should probably add an attribute alias creation... but I never did it so I do not have any idea how to do it :)
