multiple tango host in the same tago control system

In https://tango-controls.readthedocs.io/en/dev/administration/deployment/multiple-sql-dbs.html it is said that several tango hosts can be set into TANGO_HOST in order to allow Tango continue working in case of main tango host crashing.

I understand it significate that every tool which modify configuration on TANGO_HOST modify every host set into TANGO_HOST also, is it the actual behaviour?

Short answer is no, TANGO_HOST only list servers which point to the same database.
