Description

Ввести число 123456789. Переставить позицию между 5 и 6. Ввести любое число. Карретка передвигается не на ту позицию.

Думаю баг связан с createInitializationOnlyPreprocessor() в методе maskitoNumberOptionsGenerator. Потому что при генерации новой маски залетает не по isInitializationPhase
