Programmatically get latest versions of flavors

wap creates configurations with hardcoded versions of the flavors.

Instead, it would be better if the latest versions could be queried from some source in a script, Then, that script could bump the versions in src/wap/versions/latest.json and create a new commit. The script could run on a weekly schedule, after Tuesday maintenance, when new versions of WoW are (usually?) released.

Maybe too, the wap could provide a bump (or similar) command that would update a project's configuration flavors to the latest versions.
