Remove "New" button in exclusion records

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It seems superfluous to see a "New" button after saving an Exception record. I can't imagine in which situation it would be handy.

Just remove the "New" button.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Do nothing. It's low priority. On the other hand, it's possible to add it from standard TSconfig (I think?)

This should be the case when the dialog is opened by clicking on the "Permanently exclude ..." button from the broken link list.

But not when creating a new record, e.g. in list view.

I would assume this would be even better, if you immediately jump back after clicking "Save". I am not sure if this is possible using FormEngine, we might have to handle the form ourselvs.
