To reproduce:

  • Enable the semantic layer, and open a file in a mode that gives you one of those header lines that show the current active function.
  • Put the cursor on the first line.
  • Scroll down with C-e.

Observe that the cursor skips by two lines, every other scroll, instead of by one line every scroll, as it should.

I don't know why but this is magically fixed now.
