Add Beneficiary Tool To All Post Editors & Some Misceallenous Tasks (Additional Bounty Of 40 STEEM + 500 TEARDROPS)

Please use your own UI/UX experience as the mockups aren't professional in nature and it mostly a guide.

We want to add a 'beneficiary area' to all post-editors across 'ulogs.org'. It will look something like this:

I will populate it with more communities or projects over the course of the task. For now, 'ulogs' (seen on the screenshot above) will send beneficiary rewards to '@ulogs' and 'steemit' will sends beneficiary rewards to '@steemitblog'

The beneficiary option is ticked by default, with '@ulogs' being 10% by default and other projects at default 0%. Users can adjust this or un-tick the beneficiary option entirely.

Also a few side tasks:

Please help us add some text to all 'interesting uloggers' display components across ulogs.org for only 'non-certified' users. Non-certified users are those who are not on this list: https://steemit.com/@uloggers/followed

Note that the 'interesting uloggers' display column only displays 'certified users'. Meaning that it already has the necessary algorithm.

Kindly add some clickable text to ulogs.org search box that links to 'https://steemgigs.org' as seen below:

Kindly make the alert header text a one-liner instead of two, so that the announcement area occupies smaller space. The replacement text is this:
