In this task, we want to do general clean-up or refactoring of ulogs.org especially in relation to how all our left side bar(s) to enable ulogs.org to display well (without breaking) on all browser and mobile and improve load times.

Ulogs.org load time is very slow and sometimes break and this may have to do with the way our right-side-bar(s) across ulogs.org pull content.
