Refactor Mobile Display To Align With The Current Desktop UI (Additional 50 steem bounty + 500 TEARDROPS)

After have a completed a collection of development tasks focused primarily on alpha desktop-browser version, it is time to model the new-look website to render well on mobile. This will involve making sure that all aspects of the site are navigate-able-to via mobile browers.

We like to use 'facebook mobile vs desktop' as a model. Where you need help i can also create a caricature mock-up
