Enable Login Via Facebook and email and an email optin for updates & notifications (Additional bounty of 60 steem + 600 TEARDROPS)

We want to afford new users the ability to sign in or up via twitter, facebook and email and to be able to use basic non-steem functions, pending when they get a steem account. Users who have a steem account as well can login via email.

We want users to have a variety of mainstream options when it comes to signing-up and signing-in on 'ulogs.org'.

Especially for visitors who are not steemians, we want them to be able to sign-in or up using twitter, facebook or email, to where they can view and use basic functions e.g 'edit profile', view gigs, search gigs etc and to where they will be alerted to get a steem account to carry out steem-blockchain-based transactions like publish 'create post' etc

You will need to add an alert 'sign-in via steemconnect/keychain' portal that invites user to sign-in with their steem accounts or get a steem account for every blockchain-level transaction.
e.g where they attempt to publish a post, or attempt to make a transfer etc

To make the task easier, you may also need resources from this GitHub repository and you can visit steem-engine's discord server here.

Keychain should be able to carry out all steem functions allowed, including post creation, edits, wallet transfers etc
